Maximising the views for a residential house
This is a private house on the top mountain with breathtaking panoramic views from the mountains to the East and the Southern Ocean to the West.
The design creates piano noblé accommodating the living spaces on the summit with glazing on all sides to maximise the views on an ever changing landscape. The remainder of the spaces cascade down the mountain top, shaded by rotating decks of timber brise soleils.
