Architectural planning for luxury home

This is a complete rebuild of an existing dwelling in a conservation area that produced a large luxury five bedroom home. Special elements include a snooker room, cinema and games room in the basement, gymnasium, swimming pool and sauna.

To achieve planning, the new building could be no higher than the existing therefore the first floor was incorporated into the roof void with large windows providing high levels of natural light and panoramic views.
